The stuff people actually ask
Anything else? Email [email protected] — I answer everything myself.
Where do you deliver?
Around a 15-minute radius of Red Bridge: 64134, 64145, 64030, 64012, 64114, 66209. Not on the list? Message me your ZIP — new stops get added as routes fill. Delivery is $5, free once your order passes $40.
When does my order arrive?
Order by Friday night and it lands on your doorstep the following Sunday — harvested that same morning. You’ll get a heads-up with a rough window; leave a cooler out if you won’t be home.
Living tray vs cut clamshell — which should I get?
The living tray is still growing when you get it: keep it watered on the counter and snip what you need for 10+ days. Best flavor, best value per ounce, no plastic waste. The clamshell is pre-cut and fridge-ready — great for gifting or trying a crop before committing to a tray.
How long do they last?
A living tray keeps producing 10+ days if you keep the pad moist (a small pour every day or two). Cut clamshells are best within 5–7 days in the fridge. Either way, they were alive far more recently than anything at the store.
How do subscriptions work?
Pick the Weekly Tray Club or the prepaid Month-at-a-Time on the subscribe page. Checkout runs through Square — any card, no account needed. Your tray arrives every Sunday until you change something.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Anytime before the Friday cutoff, with one email or text — nothing charges for that week, and your standing spot stays yours. Cancel outright whenever; no contracts, no forms.
What do I do with a living tray?
Set it on the counter near a window (no direct sun needed), add a splash of water to the pad every day or two, snip above the root line when you want some. When it’s done, compost the root mat and the tray comes back to me if we meet up.
Do I need to wash them?
They’re grown indoors, never sprayed, and handled by exactly one person. A quick rinse before eating is always reasonable — standard advice for any fresh green.
How do I pay?
Square payment links right from the site — card, tap-to-pay link, whatever Square supports. No accounts, no passwords, nothing stored on this website.
Something was wrong with my order.
Email [email protected] with a photo and I’ll make it right — replacement on the next route, no interrogation.
Are you at farmers markets? Do you sell wholesale?
Markets: watch @sokcmicros for pop-up announcements. Wholesale: yes — chefs have their own page with sample-tray info.
